• Group Class Regular: Weekly one-hour class for 8 weeks
• Fast Track Individual Class: 4 one-hour personalized sessions
• Fast Track Group Class: 4 one-hour sessions during March Break (14–18)
• Recordings provided after each class + supplementary video resources
• Students are expected to complete worksheets and assignments independently in the Fast Track mode
